We offer therapy services in person in Houston, TX and online. Providing high quality care to busy professionals. We offer individuals and couples the opportunity to reflect, heal and gain the tools they need to move forward and achieve their goals. Destination Therapy is grounded in anti-racist, culturally affirming care that celebrates all intersectional identities.

Monique Dunn is a great listener who makes it easy to discuss even the most difficult of feelings. As a black woman sometimes it is hard to find a provider who makes you feel safe and seen however Monique’s cultural competency and warm personality eliminates that barrier by creating a comfortable environment.
